Workout Plan

Sunday-
Walk/jog 2 miles in the morning
Strength training at night

Monday-
Walk/jog morning
Cardio night

Tuesday-
Walk/jog morning
Strength afternoon
Yoga night

Wednesday-
Walk/jog morning
Cardio

Thursday-
Walk/jog morning
Toning

Friday-
Walk jog morning
Strength

Saturday-
Walk jog morning
Toning

This is just a rough outline of what I'm planning to do to lose these blasted 8 pounds. 10 pounds would be ideal but I just want to get back to what I weighed this past summer. I might switch it up if I get bored though.
